About Me

Guiding You with Compassion, Care, and Understanding

From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a therapist - I’ve always been someone others turn to for support, and my passion for psychology began in high school. For over 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients heal, grow, and reach their goals. My approach is collaborative and compassionate - I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore and make progress. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and create a path forward that feels both meaningful and achievable.

I help clients by creating a safe, supportive space to explore challenges and build practical skills for growth. I specialize in trauma, self-esteem building, and assisting with managing life transitions. Using predominantly CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, TF-CBT, and EMDR, I tailor care to each client’s unique needs.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to heal, grow, and work toward your goals at your own pace. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to assist you along your journey.
